Transcript of the video:

Educators, students, content creators.

If you’re looking for a text to video tool, especially a

replacement of Vidnami, I got you hooked up.

This is by far my go to my absolute favorite tool.

I’ve been using this actually for the past couple of weeks,

even before hearing the binami with closing its doors here

coming up.

But Let’s take a look at what this tool is.

I think you’re going to fall in love, honestly.

So we’re at the main website right now.

Picture AI.

I’ve had a chance to email a couple back and forth with the

owners. They’ve seen that as if they’re very invested in

this particular product and continuing to make it even more

successful. Look at how cool this thing is at the home page

here. It kind of talks about what it is that you’re looking

for if you are looking to convert these long form video just

like the name was able to do.

I did a previous video on Designs AI, and that’s going to

be more of a shorter form video.

But this is going to be long text to video conversion right

here. And this thing is actually very, very, very awesome.

What I think is even cooler, though, about this, and I’m

going to show you my dashboard here in a second is that you

can do a few different things.

You can either just start immediately with an actual video,

and then it’s going to start the transcription process for

you, and then you can edit and go from there.

You can actually take a URL already published blog post or

an article, and you can immediately start making video from

that, or you can go ahead and upload your own text into that

video. And I think the price too is really, really, really

in bounce here.

Take a look at this here.

Basically we’re looking at well, first off, obviously a trial,

but as low as 19 dollars per month, which would be billed

annually. Of course, if you do the monthly package, only

29 dollars.

And if you go with the premium on a monthly plan here, it’s

59 dollars.

So that’s in range with Vidnami.

It’s cheaper than design AI.

And Let’s take a look at what we get here.

Unlimited projects, which I think is very awesome.

Now, right here, the length of the video, 60 minutes for

the standard 29 dollars a month, 60 minute videos on average,

you can do here.

Premium, you could have up to 90 minutes, which is awesome.

The file size is right here per month, the total number of

hours that you could have uploaded.

I personally don’t make tons and tons of videos, so the standard

plan would definitely work for me.

Premium gives me lots of room.

Of course, if you go Enterprise looks like it’s unlimited

across the board here.

What I really do like is the PICTORY branding is gone.

Now, some of the features I know that you’re going to like

for sure.

So every single plan, including the free trial, it’s going

to be an automatic subtitle.

They’ve got the highlights that are already in there, and

I’ll show you what we mean by that.

The B roll this is coming, I believe, on a Shutterstock video

here. So a little bit different.

I know VietnamI had used story block, so Shutterstock and

story block have a little bit different in quality to some

people, and there’s a preference there.

But there is B roll that’s being auto sync, two music, background

narration, and text.

It’s just an awesome, awesome, awesome tool.

You can’t tell I’m excited.

And then the AI part of this with all of the plans, basically,

as I just mentioned here, the automatic highlighting, which

you’ll see here, the automatic visual selection and scene

selection done for you, audio selection to sync it with the

music and then other visuals there.

And then you’ve got a few other pieces here from a branding

front, if you wanted to add your logo, if you wanted to put

in an intro in an outro, and just an awesome tool for this

price. So I’ve already logged in, and this is what you see

when you log in.

I would say from the UI perspective, it looks kind of blind

and boring, but man, how simple and easy.

So you have your article, the video, as I mentioned, and

this is where if you have content already on the internet,

maybe your own blog article, you could go ahead and just

plug in your own URL for that blog article.

Or go ahead.

And I just tend to use notepad, and I’ll just take my script

copy, paste it from the notepad into this particular area

here, and it starts to create the video.

So Here’s what I’m going to do.

I happen to have an article from today that I’ve already

pulled up.

This is title leadership as a practice, not a position, and

this is coming to us from Thrive Global.

So I’m going to go ahead and plug in this URL, and I’m not

even going to pause the video.

I’m going to let this thing start to go so you can see the

totality of time that it takes.

I don’t believe that the rendering process right here is

too extensive.

It’s not going to be rapid fast either, but overall, this

is not too bad.

We’re about half way of extracting the messages from the

original article, the original URL, and look at that.

Now, what is very cool is you can come to the bottom and

you can begin to customize this.

This is important because I didn’t see this step when I first

started using the tool, and I wasn’t as pleased with the

content over here.

And I’m like, Oh, wait a second.

I actually have control over this.

So you get to decide your summary size.

If you want to use the entire article, then all you got to

do is move this over in all 60 sentences that are published

in that article will show up to the right.

And that’s what’s going to become the script for your video.

If you want to do, Let’s say in this case here, I’m going

to go ahead and do about of the article.

So that will give you about 18 sentences.

And now it’s going to go and re analyze what the AI believes

are the top and the key messages, and we’ll go ahead and

let it do its thing.

I’m going to hit pause and be right here.

Here we go.

So now we’ve got the 20 sentences, and on the right side

is where the script.

Now that’s going to go from text to video is going to start

to come from.

And what you need to decide is if you feel that this is going

to be a proper summary.

Now, one of the things to notice here, because we got to

be real big on copy, Scape and plagiarism.

We have to be ethical here.

So for the sake of this example, I’m using the original article.

Obviously it even has the author’s name in here.

And I’m going to pretend that this is my blog article first,

which actually I should have done for the get called.

But in this case here, I’m going to go ahead and read through

this. So the title here.

Ask yourself these SIM before questions about your leadership

skills. I was in yoga class recently trying to breathe through

convoluted bound twist.

My teacher Mrs and if I like that great, I leave it.

Now the next sentence here.

Let’s pretend that I didn’t like that you guys about the

practice, not the posture.

Let’s just pretend I didn’t really want that part of the

quote in there.

Well, all I need to do is come over here and click this X

and now it disappears.

And so now I’m down to 19 sentences, not the original 20

that was in there.

And Let’s just pretend as I’m going through further, like

we venerate the unicorn founders and billionaires something.

Let’s pretend you don’t like that same thing here, click

this X and it immediately comes out of the story.

However, just the opposite.

If now you feel that this particular sentence that was not

in the script that’s going to go to video is worthwhile,

just click on it.

It automatically is highlighted and it automatically is now

added to the script.

And so you can add as much of this as you want or as little.

Now, I have no idea what this article is.

I haven’t read any of this stuff here.

I’m just adding different pieces in here.

I will not be publishing this since this is not my article.

But Let’s go ahead and hit next and see what happens.

This takes us to a screen.

Now you have the ability to choose the ratio most people

on YouTube.

Of course, doing 16 to nine.

If you think maybe this is going to go on Instagram or TicToc,

you could do the 9 16.

If you want to put it on your website and a smaller you do

the one to 1.

Especially good for an Advertisement.

But in this case here, we’re doing the 16 to nine landscape.

And right now the story is being created by the AI.

And just like that, look how fast that was.

It took our 20 sentences that we had selected, and now a

couple of different things we can do.

Now we’ve got the storyboard down here.

First thing you can do, of course, is click on each scene,

and you can start to decide if you like those visuals.

So if you don’t like this visual, for instance, because you

don’t think that it fits the actual text, you could come

to visuals.

And now you have other options that you have in play here.

Let’s say in this case here, I’m going to use a keyword yoga

to see if anything pops in.

And we will go with this image here, and it could be a still,

which means that it may do some movement and it may Zoom

in, may Zoom out others.

You’re going to see exactly what happens there.

All right.

So we’re going to use this one here, since it appears to

be a video, and it will automatically change that video for

the other sentence.

That is technically a part of that scene.

Now Let’s see here.

You also have textures.

You could add different texture in here, and you also have

the ability to upload your own files in your own video and

be roll that you could then add to this particular area.

You can go ahead and trim.

You can add a voiceover for an individual scene.

And then, of course, we have the preview.

So Let’s go to audio.

Let’s pretend that everything is perfect.

Everything is great on it’s going to first under background

music, give you a rather wide selection of videos that they

believe would be in this range.

They’re estimating at two minutes or 28 seconds.

So you can go ahead and pick a video.

I know you won’t be able to hear when I play, but you can

preview. Actually, I take that back.

Yes, you can.

If you could hear from the speaker, the external speak rap.

So this is the background.

Now, as of right now, it’s already applied this for us.

And so if you want to keep it, go ahead.

Otherwise you would just hit apply to the other song that

you would like to be able to use.

So Let’s pretend we like this.

It’s already applied.

Then we come out.

Excuse me.

The voice over.

There are not as many options here as we saw in Designs,

AI and definitely not VietnamI, but we do have your typical.

It has been shown that video increases conversion rates by

80%, and you can play around with the different it has been

shown that video increases conversion rates by pretty good.

So far, it has been shown that video increases pretty good

quality. Victory, It has been shown that video increases

conversion rates by welcome to victory.

It has been shown that video increases.

And then there’s two children voices here, too.

It has been shown that video increases conversion rate.

Welcome to PICTORY on that video.

And then we also have the Australian voice.

Did you know this video increases?

He’s welcome to Tip Dream.

Did you know that video increases user an idiot.

Did you know that video increases user?

Welcome to Victory.

Did you know that video increases user engagement?

Welcome to victory.

Not bad.

Not bad.

So I’m going to go ahead rates by 80%.

I’m going to use Matthew.

I’m going to use that voice right there for the sake of this

particular article, and then under styles.

This is where you can also determine how do you want the

subtitle, the text to come in?

How do you want the background to look and the colors?

So you could choose your overall layout, and there’s a couple

of different options here to choose from.

Some of these are perfect because they look better for listicles

or for your different explainer videos.

Today, we’re going to go ahead with just for the sake of

this article here.

We’re just going to go with the standard first theme, and

you can also determine to your scene transition.

So if you would like there to be a transition in between

each video, you could go ahead and do this.

I’m going to go ahead and do circle into out.

And then again, we come back to the format.

Just make sure that this is exactly what you want.

I’m going to do the 10 80 to see how that goes, and you could

preview it or you can begin the process of generating.

So I’m going to go ahead and start the generation process.

And of course, we’re not going to stay here during the whole

rendering process, but I’m going to take a look at the time.

It is 9 40 a.

M Central time.

At the moment that I began the rendering, I’m going to pause

this video and come back after the video is rendered, and

I’ll let you know exactly how long it took to render.

All right.

And so now the video has been generated here.

And again, we started at 940 a.

M my local time, and it took 24 minutes altogether.

So kind of interesting that the rendering time for a video

that’s less than three minutes in length is about 24 minutes

altogether. So you could see that maybe comparative VietnamI

and a few other in video and a few other competitors rendering

probably needs a little work, but overall, that’s product.

What I’m going to do now is hit pause on this video, and

I’m going to upload a short clip.

So you can see what the final product looks like.

I’d love to hear your comments down below.

What do you feel the Pro is?

What do you think of the Cons?

Are you interested in a product like this?

I definitely would love and welcome and invite you to share

your comments down below.

Ask yourself these four simple questions to develop your

leadership skills.

I was in a yoga class recently trying to breathe through

a Convoluted bound twist when my teacher, Marga Young, spoke.

She said calmly, as someone obsessed with purposeful leadership,

what it is, how we develop it, why they’re so little of it

in today’s world.

I can’t help but connect her lesson to a related concept.

Leadership two is a practice, not a position.

By rewarding and celebrating financial wins, we generally

ignore the cost of these achievements on things like our

wellbeing or the health of our planet.

In the context of unprecedented prosperity, inequality is

growing in the context of unprecedented technological offenses.

We’re destroying our environment in the so there you have

it. That’s the rendering I shared about less than a minute

because again, I didn’t want to plagiarize an article there,

but I wanted to show you what it would look like if you take

a URL and convert that into a video.

And the second option, you could have actually put your own

script in and created that new video.

And I might do that in a follow up video so you could see

how that process would look as well.

If you’re interested in this product, I’m going to go ahead

I had mentioned, and I’d love to hear what you think of the

Pros. The Cons.
